This is a one-person consulting business. This page explains, in plain terms, what happens to information you send through this website.

What I collect

The only place to submit information is the enquiry form. It asks for your name, email address, company, website, product category, and a description of your sourcing situation. There are no user accounts and no other data-entry points on this site.

How it is handled

• Form submissions are delivered to my business email ([email protected]) through a forms service (Web3Forms). I read them there.
• I use what you write only to reply to your enquiry and, if we proceed, to prepare the consulting work you asked about.
• I reply from my own email address. If we start working together, normal email correspondence applies from that point.

What I don't do

• I don't sell, rent, or share your details with anyone for marketing.
• I don't add you to a mailing list. I only write back if you wrote first.
• This site doesn't run advertising trackers or profiling cookies. The host (Cloudflare) processes standard technical logs for security and traffic statistics.

How long I keep it

Enquiry emails stay in my mailbox so I have context if you write again. If you ask me to delete your enquiry and any related correspondence, I will do it — just email me.

Your choices

You can ask me to: tell you what I have from your enquiry, correct it, or delete it. Write to [email protected] and I will handle it, usually within one business day (GMT+8).
